Update KB973565 Fehler Code 80073712, Update kann nicht installiert werden

Hallo liebe ForianerInnen

bin ein reiner PC-Anwender und von der Technik keine allzu grosse Ahnung.

Anfang Oktober habe ich mir nen neuen PC HP Pavillion Elite m9670ch mit Win Vista Home Premium x64 gekauft.

Seit etwas mehr als einer Woche versucht nun Windows Update das KB973565 zu installieren. Leider bleibt es beim Versuch und bricht mit dem Fehlercode 80073712 immer wieder ab.

Ich wollte eine Meldung bei microsoft absetzen. Dabei wurde ich nach dem Produkte-Key gefragt. In meinem System habe ich diesen auch gefunden und eingegeben. Dabei kam aber die Meldung, dass der Key nicht gültig sei....??? Im Key steht .....-OEM-.......-..... Vielleicht hat es etwas mit OEM-Version zu tun?

Beim googeln nach dem Fehler fand ich leider keine Hilfe, dafür dieses Forum.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hallo probier mal das hier:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931712

und geh mal in den Ordner C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\ und kopiere die Datei CBS.log in deinen Dokumenten-Ordner und öffne sie. Nun schau dort nach Fehlermeldungen und poste sie hier.

Das erste hat mir mitgeteilt, dass es beschädigte Dateien hat.

Habe dann das CBS.log in den Dokumentenordner kopiert und geöffnet. Da hat es hunderte von Zeilen... Wie erkenne ich die Fehlermeldungen?

Einfach nach Error suchen. Du kannst auch die CBS.log komprimieren und auf einen 1Klick-Hoster packen, dann schau ich mal drüber.

ein 1 Klickhoster ist ein Service, bei dem du Dateien mit 1 klick hochladen und tauschen kannst. Bekannte Dienste sind Rapidshare.com oder MegaUpload.

Lass mal das Update KB947821 laufen. Das beseitigt korrupte oder fehlende Dateien.

kann es sein, dass das Update KB947821 ca. 5 Min bis 3/4 hat und für das letzte 1/4 seit 30 Min am selben Ort (Fortschrittbalken) stehen bleibt?

Habe noch bemerkt, dass wenn ich den Startbutton drücke, mir angezeigt wird, dass ein Update installiert werden will. Wenn ich dann den PC runter fahre und das Update installieren lasse, kommt dies nach einem Neustart immer und immer wieder. Beim Update-Verlauf zeigt es mir dann immer den schon erwähnten Fehler zum erwähnten Update.....

lass das Update laufen. Es kann eine gewisse zeit dauern. Das Update versucht alle Fehler zu beseitigen.

In dem Ordner C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\ gibt es eine neue Log-Datei mit dem Ergebnis der Reparatur.

Vielen Dank für deine Hilfestellung. Werde dir die Datei heute Abend hochladen.

Hätte noch ein paar Fragen bzw. Anmerkungen zu meinem Problem:

- was bedeutet das, wenn meine Produkte-ID von Microsoft nicht erkannt wird? Hab den PC von HP mit Win Vista Premium Home x64 gekauft. Das Win Vista ist eine OEM-Version (wie eingangs beschrieben). Wie komm ich an die korrekte ID?

- Ist es kritisch wenn das Update KB973565 nicht installiert wird?

- Gestern Abend kamen noch 5 wichtige Updates welche ich runtergeladen und installiert habe. 4 davon wurden fehlerfrei installiert, nur KB973565 nicht (wieder Fehler 80073712).

- wie auch schon beschrieben, jedesmal wenn ich den PC runterfahren will, wartet ein Update (KB973565) welches dann doch nicht installiert wird. Kann man das ausschalten?

Hallo, ja das Update ist nicht ohne, da die Web Service Komponente von anderen Windows Teilen genutzt wird. Es ist niemals ratsam Updates einfach zu ignorieren.

hab dir die Datei als ZIP angehängt. Musste es aber wegen der Beschränkung auf 1 MB in drei Dateien aufteilen. Die anderen kommen in weiteren Antworten.

Noch etwas: hatte Heute Abend einen undefinierbaren Systemabsturz. Da kam eine englische Meldung, dass ein Fehler das System blockiert habe. Wenn ich diesen Fehler das erste Mal sehe (und das war so), so solle ich das System Neu starten. Habe ich so gemacht und es scheint dass alles sauber läuft (soviel ich bisher bemerkt habe). Einen Fehlercode hat es mir nicht angezeigt.

überlege mir, ob ich auf Win 7 upgraden soll. Da ich meinen PC im Okt. 09 bei HP gekauft habe, wäre das Upgrade ja fast gratis.
Würde das mein Problem automatisch beheben, oder muss ich vor dem Upgrade unbedingt das "fehlende" Update noch einspielen?

ein Upgrade von einem "kaputten" Vista auf Windows 7 ist nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Poste heute Abend die Datei, dann schaue ich mal, welche Dateien "kaputt" sind.
